Remortgage deals you could get

Lender Rate Max LTV Fee Monthly Cost over deal Saving vs standard rate Fee paid back in

Deals are ordered by cost over the deal: every monthly payment during the deal plus the fee. Monthly payments are for the amount you owe over the years left, with fees paid upfront. "Saving vs standard rate" is how much less you would pay each month than on your lender's standard rate. "Fee paid back in" is how long that saving takes to cover the fee.

Rates are as advertised by each lender; see the comparison for sources and the date they were checked. A remortgage needs a new application, credit check and valuation, and some lenders offer cheaper deals only to existing customers (a "product transfer"), which do not appear here. Figures are illustrative and are not financial advice. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
